About Dance Centre Adult Dance/Fitness Academy
Open since 1982, the Dance Centre now provides an outlet for adults who want to begin or continue dance/fitness in a private studio setting! The Dance Centre is not a "Gym" where you will have class distractions & interruptions. A variety of Adult classes are offered: Ballet, Belly Dance, Restorative Yoga and Pilates Reformer Classes.
