Railway crossing at F.M. 1361 to close

Crews from the BNSF Railway will be working at the railroad crossing at F.M. 1361 in Somerville on Thursday, requiring a daylong road closure.

Drivers will be directed to a detour around the work zone, officials with the Texas Department of Transportation said.

The work will be from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and drivers are asked to use caution in the area.
