Police arrested a 46-year-old Bryan man who was accused of trespassing in St. Joseph Hospital on Friday.

A security guard for the hospital told Bryan police that he had seen the man wandering around on the hospital's fourth floor. The man had been discharged several hours before returning to the hospital at about 8 a.m., according to an arrest report.

Officers arrived at the hospital and found the man in the cafeteria, the report says.

The man had received a criminal trespass warning from the hospital in August, police said.

The 46-year-old was charged with criminal trespass, a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine. He remained jailed Saturday afternoon in lieu of $2,000 bail.
