Felicia Kaye West and Brock Tanner Neville were united in marriage on December 18, 2004, at Hilltop Lakes Chapel in Hilltop Lakes, Texas. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Brother Tony Taylor.

The bride is the daughter of David and Kathy West of College Station, Texas and the granddaughter of Charles and Dorothy West of Hardin, Texas and Dorothy Wooten of Kingsville, Texas and the late John Wooten Sr.

The groom is the son of Jack and Charlotte Neville of College Station, Texas and the grandson of Harry and Betty Neville of College Station, Texas and Leon Sandford of Beaumont, Texas and the late Lelia Sandford.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father and given in marriage by her parents. Serving as the brides’ maid of honor was Catherine Congleton of College Station, Texas, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Stacey Chandler of Frisco, Texas and Ginger Hollis of Iola, Texas. Junior bridesmaid was Bethany Holland of Dripping Springs, Texas and the flower girl was Landry Wagner of The Woodlands, Texas. Khara and Kristen Mikesh of Bryan, Texas served as greeters at the Church.

Best man was Eric Coker of College Station, Texas, friend of the groom. Groomsman were Scott Neville and Troy West both of College Station, Texas. Junior Groomsman was Nathaniel Holland of Dripping Springs and ring bearer was Cole Trammell of The Woodlands, Texas. Guests were ushered by groomsmen and Josh Hutson of Atoka, Mississippi, cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony was ordure’s and dancing at the Hilltop Lakes Country Club. After honeymooning in Cozumel.
