Classes scheduled for Bush center

The College Station school district’s Head Start program has several classes planned this month at the Barbara Bush Parent Center.

The first class is being offered from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. “Fathering for Life: Preparing for Successful Fathering” is being presented by the school district’s Ryan Poehl.

The center also is offering GED and computer literacy classes. GED registration is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon Jan. 18. The computer classes will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on three consecutive Thursdays this month. The first class is Jan. 13.
