Bryan homes to experience interruption in water service Thursday
Eagle Staff Report
About two dozen homes along Rustling Oaks Drive and Towering Oaks Drive in Bryan will experience an interruption in water service Thursday.
The disruption will occur as construction crews work from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to connect an existing waterline in the area to a new, larger line.
The affected stretch of Rustling Oaks is between Memorial Drive and Towering Oaks. All homes along Towering Oaks are included in the disruption area.
The work is the culmination of the $1.2 million Burton Creek Water and Wastewater Rehabilitation Project, which involved the installation of 3,900 feet of 12-inch water line and 3,000 feet of sewer lines ranging in size from 12-inch to 18-inch in diameter.
