Dr. & Mrs. David Strawn will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, December 31, with their children and grandchildren. They were married in Dumas, Texas, and have lived in locations across Texas where he served several churches. They moved to College Station in 1995 to serve the First Baptist Church. Since retiring, he has continued to minister to smaller churches across the Brazos Valley. Mrs. Strawn is a curriculum writer for LifeWay Christian Resources.
