NOTICE FOR SEALED PROPOSALS Manhattan Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk, is soliciting subcontractor and supplier competitive proposals for the TAMU South Campus Recreation Center for all trades except: Foundations, Concrete, Steel (Fabrication & Erection), Earthwork, Utilities, SWPPP and Chipping / Putting Greens. The proposed South Campus Recreation Center is a satellite recreation facility on Texas A&M's main campus in College Station, Texas. At the intersection of Bizzell St. and Mosher Cir. this building will serve students living on the southside of campus. In line with the Master Plan principles the architecture will display student activity and energize an edge of campus consisting of residence halls and the golf course. The facility will provide students with two new basketball courts, a large high bay for strength and conditioning, a bouldering wall, and a multi-purpose room. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidder to Manhattan Construction, 2120 Montrose Blvd., Houston TX 77006 at or before February 16th at 2pm. This project has a 25% HUB participation goal and HUB firms are strongly encouraged to submit, and non-HUB firms are encouraged to include and identify HUB participation included in their bids.
