NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The College Station Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding an Appeal to the Administrator's Written Interpretation regarding a proposed use being classified as "Wholesale/Services" for a property zoned M-1 Light Industrial. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at 6:00 p.m. meeting of the Board on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. In the event that the meeting is to be conducted via virtual platform, instructions to access the meeting, speaker protocol, and an electronic copy of the agenda packet will be available 72 hours prior to the hearing at www.cstx.gov/publicmeetinginstructions. Members of the public are entitled to participate and address the governmental body during any telephonic or videoconference meeting.
