NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning & Zoning Commission and College Station City Council will hold public hearings to consider a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT amending the Future Land Use & Character Map from Suburban Commercial to Urban for approximately ten acres of land located at 1660 Graham Road. The hearings will be held in the Council Chambers of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at the 6:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, October 1, 2020 and the 6:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, October 22, 2020. In the event that the Planning & Zoning Commission and / or City Council meetings are to be conducted via virtual platform, instructions to access the meeting, speaker protocol, and an electronic copy the agenda packet will be available 72 hours prior to the hearing at www.cstx.gov/publicmeetinginstructions. Members of the public are entitled to participate and address the governmental body during any telephonic or videoconference meeting.
